PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

Injection unit (1000 m2) : 18 robotised presses with a mould
clamping force of 22 to 210 tonnes.
The maximum injection capacity of our machines is 650 cm3
We inject all types of materials, and particularly: PMMA, PVC and Altuglass.
Our know-how in the field of gas-assisted injection moulding (GAIM)
means we can produce technical parts.

PERSONALISATION

Our branding workshop is equipped with about 50 printing units :
- Digital heat transfer
- Screen-printing : cylinder and flat, PP and PE flame treatment
- Pad printing : from 1 6 colours
- Laser engraving : YAG (metal), CO2 (wood and plastic)
- “Quadridome” (insert with four-colour printing and resin)
